Arrival & Departure

Arrivals at Weekends and Out of School Hours

If your group arrive or depart at the weekend or on weekends out of school hours the pick up and drop off point will be Worthing train station.

Our meet and greet staff will either be with the group on the coach or meet you at the station and organise the pick up by hosts. The station is much easier for host families to collect from as it has dedicated coach parking and turning spaces for cars. We do, of course,  have staff there managing the arrival and pick up by hosts. 

The exception to this may be if the group has an early arrival or late departure. In this case we will use the school to store luggage and as a base for the day and hosts will pick up/drop off to there.

During School Hours

The drop off and pick up point will be CES.

Host Pick up and Drop offs

Hosts will generally pick students up on arrival and  drop them off on departure. When hosts cannot, we will organise taxis which the hosts will pay for, never the students. Hosts will also normally bring students to school on the first day.

There are two potential parking places where coaches can pull in without obstructing traffic: please see the image below

For larger or multiple coaches we may ask you to use the parking outside Worthing Assembly Hall which is 300m East of the School. We will give details if required.
