CES Worthing Groups 

Welcome to the CES Worthing groups website. 

This simple "microsite" is designed to make the process of bringing a group to CES Worthing as simple as possible.

The aim is to provide educational travel organisations, group leaders, students and parents with as much information as possible to allow them to prepare for their stay at CES and in Worthing.

It also helps the team at CES to ensuring the we receive all the information we need, at the right time, to ensure groups have a great stay at CES and in Worthing.

** Recent changes and additions**

10/10/25: key changes to "what students should bring"  in the student handbook. we now ask  that students bring a reusable water bottle. This saves 1000s of plastic bottles being used every year by hosts and is in-line with our objectives to reduce our impact on the environment.

We also now have some specific information about bring and using hair-straighteners. We had a “near miss” in the summer when a hosts family’s home was nearly set on fire by hair straighteners that were left switched on and left on a bed when the students went out. We also had two instances of carpets being burned this year which were very expensive for the students. We therefore request that students bring a silicone mat and to take extra care when using hair-straighteners.

6/3/25 UK ETA system is now live  - we have published an information sheet of information here  please note that students (and their parents and carers) are responsible and should apply at last 7 working days in advance of their departure to the UK (Price updated 24/4/25)

27/1/25 Clarification on mixed gender parings/groupings for accommodation  added to accommodation page

13/11/24 CES 2025 Terms and Conditions published (significant terms for groups highlighted in blue) 

7/11/24 Added Declaration Form (Medical, Psychological or Disabilities) to the accommodation page.
