Arrival at the Airport 

We sometimes send our our Activity Leaders to the airport, and sometimes we use a company called Airport Angels. They will meet you in arrivals and organise your meeting with the coach. If your greeter is one of our own staff they will travel to Worthing with you.

Arrivals/Departures - Weekends and Out of School Hours

The pick up and drop off point will be Worthing train station.

Our meet and greet staff will either be with you on the coach or they will meet you at the station and organise the pick up by hosts. The station is much easier for host families to collect from as it has dedicated coach parking and turning spaces for cars. We do, of course,  have staff there managing the arrival and pick up by hosts. 

The exception to this may be if the group has an early arrival or late departure. In this case we will use the school to store luggage and as a base for the day and hosts will pick up/drop off to there.

During School Hours

The drop off and pick up point will be CES.

Early Arrivals

For groups arriving particularly early homestay check in is not normally possible before 14.00 at weekends and not before 17.00 on working days.

To give structure to the time between arrival and host family collection, then we will welcome the group to CES, provide any meals we are contracted to provide and deliver our orientation tour.

Late Arrivals and Early Departures

For arrivals after 22.00 and departures before 07.00 please see CES terms and conditions for our ”antisocial” times charges.

For night time departures before 06.00 CES will advise on possible arrangement to manage the costs and logistical risks associated with very early departure and reserves the right to require groups to check out of hosts and wait at school for their coach pick up.

For very late arrivals CES will advise on appropriate solutions.
